Known Issues:
- If you get "unable to mount sdcard" simply replace "set cmdline "rel_path=YourBuildFolderName"" with "set cmdline "rel_path=YourBuildFolderName loop_partition=mmcblk0"" in the startup.txt
- Dropped Mobile Data Connections due to buggy PPP (will be fixed in the future, just like most things)
- Touch Screen Freezes when G-Sensor is overloaded (games like Abduction and other Accelerometer dependent Games)... workaround is to use Portrait mode only...

On First boot, ADW may crash if you "rush" it let it load completely for the first time.
Use all the defaults (including build folder name and kernel) before changing anything.
On First Boot, Open Spare Parts and Disable Compatibility Mode to get Full Screen Apps in Older Apps that don't scale
Change Statusbar Colors Using CMSettings-User Interface
Fully Charge while Device is Off before first boot, then upon first boot go to terminal and enter these (without the quotes) and press enter after every line.

Notes:

Make sure to reboot after first boot, apps needing root access won't work. Phone calls will have no audio. Make sure you reboot!
This build can not be used to upgrade previous versions of HD2Froyo, you must start fresh. Use titanium backup to backup your current settings.
Creates a 1GB data.img if there is no data.img present. I have included a clean 1GB data.img for a quick first boot.
Don't worry about FB console not showing, that's normal

Just want to point out that the HTC Desire is closest in terms of hardware to our HD2, that's why I prefer cooking a Desire build and that's why I will always choose Desire based builds over EVO and Desire HD builds.

Copy Anrdroid Folder to the root of your SD card. Run clrcad & haret.
Once booted into Android, type the following into Terminal
su (press enter)

To Avoid Screen Freezes
-Press menu and go into Adw Settings/System Preferences/Home Orientation and select Portrait

If you want to change Lock Screen Security
-Just go into Settings/Location&Security/Set Up Screen Lock and select your desired Security Lock.

Known Issues:
If you get unable to mount sdcard plz replace set cmdline "rel_path=Android" with set cmdline "rel_path=Android loop_partition=mmcblk0" in startup.txt

Tweaks&UI Interface:
To get same results as above (White clock,Date,Carrier) go to Settings/Cyanogenmod Settings/UI Interface and select colors. Reboot and you will see Results.

Enable sdcard from menu (fixed)
1.you have to down load the terminal emulator from market place

2.open it and type "su" and press enter. allow super user access to it (mine kept freezing so i backed out and re started it. You will need to type "su" again and a window should pop up )

3. then if anything was done right you should see a "#" sign were your about to type the next line.

4.then type "mkdir /data/sd" make sure there is a space between the mkdir and the first /.

5.if everything worked right then nothing should happen except it moves to a fresh line in the emulator .

if you did everything right you should be able to go into settings and unmount your sdcard from there.

Release Notes:
"Stock" build except blocking ads (hosts file is replaced) and adding "H" (HSDPA) icon and battery % icon
By default it is hastarin's EVO based kernel (support for PPP), but you can switch to N1 based kernel (support for RMNET) easily.

Switch to RMNET by executing "conn_RMNET_with_michyprima_R11_AXI.sh" or "conn_RMNET_with_huanyu_HAVS-BFQ-OC-UV-AXI_925mv-0.1.d-n1.sh" in the GScript folder and then reboot.

Switch to PPP by executing "conn_PPP_with_hastarin_r8.2_G-Sensor_Fix.sh" in the GScript folder and then reboot.

Install "GScript Lite" from Android Market to execute these .sh files.
E.g.: You will see the texts below if executing "conn_RMNET_with_michyprima_R11_AXI.sh" successfully.

Tips:
Battery power consumption is about 5~7mA (less than 1% per hour) without SetCPU installed.
To my knowledge, the battery life is related to the WM ROM, radio version, and all the apps running in the background.
By default the CPU is set to 245MHz ~ 998MHz with conservative.
Turn off live wallpaper for better performance and battery life.
Install LauncherPro for a smoother home screen.
I have included the following apps in the AndroidApps folder, they will be installed at first boot:

About 3G/HSDPA:
The stock Nexus One ROM only shows 3G icon in the status bar no matter if you are in HSDPA or not.
You can check under "Settings > About phone > Status > Mobile network type". If it says HSDPA, you are on the 3.5G network ("H" Network).
With v1.3 and above, I have included FRG83_stockbar_add-on_H_icon_and_battery%_icon.zip in the "Android/root" folder.
If you don't like this add-on, please delete the folder named "root" located in the "Android" folder.

Installation Instructions:

After you have done all steps go into Android folder and tap CLRCAD (for working sound), and after that just tap HaRET.
On first run when there is "Creating a new datastore" just give it time to complete, and on first boot be patient and give it time to load everything.
If you get some strange errors, or Android does not work, try to reformat SD card and try everything from the start.
HD2 needs radio 2.08 or above to run Android. If you never upgrade your radio, you may not be able to run Android on HD2.

(2) If you have a small black flickering when unlocking the screen go into spare parts and change "Window animations" to fast.
(3) To fix the green tint in pictures, go under camera settings and change white balance to "Incandescent".
(4)To fix all languages
-To get all the languages in the ROM see this easy fix until I can figure out what is going wrong
