Виджет не масштабируется (маленький нельзя чуть растянуть). Это плохо.

У меня виджет создается на всю ширину экрана и масштабируется. Пробуйте другой лончер.

As from November 1st every app needs to target Android SDK 26. One of the biggest changes is the permission model. If you are using the "current location" feature, the widget will not work anymore. Open settings and hit the "Save" button. It should ask you to grant location permissions.
